We would like to introduce you to our company. Since 1972, we have built over 550 homes in Northeastern Indiana . In the last 34 years, we have maintained high quality and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are a full service construction company offering design, development and construction management.

Beginning as a framing contractor in the early 70's, we did the actual construction of more than 400 homes and commercial projects. In the 80's we progressed into the nursing home field, constructing 11 health care and assisted living facilities for companies such as Miller's Merry Manor, Baptist Homes and Community Care Center all over Northeastern Indiana. A change in the state assisted patient certification stopped independent owners from adding to or building new facilities. We went back to our old roots in residential. We have constructed over 140 homes with more than 110 in Whitley County . Our diverse background in the different areas of construction gives us a complete knowledge of the building industry.

Our experience with subdivision and rural lot development, helps us to guide the customer though the beginning steps of the building process. QDC can design your home from a drawing on a kapkin to designs in a picture book. The ability to take a project from its earliest stages to total completion in house makes us truly a full service contractor.

QDC allows the customer to participate to whatever degree they feel comfortable. The customer is not restricted to specified suppliers or manufacturers. With us you are not build job # 38 of 2004, and the owners are the people who are on site and overlooking your home through the entire construction process. Over 50% of our business comes from referrals or past customers.

There are very few projects Quality Design Construction LLC does not have hands-on experience with. We plan to expand in all of these areas and look forward to new challenges.
